I am super disappointed about this order. Not necessarily the product itself but when I received my order after 3 weeks or so after the purchase one of my son’s name was misspelled.”codah not Cod” I emailed the customer service support team about the issue but I had no luck reaching them and received no email stating that they even got my email. I can’t even find their phone number so I can’t personally contact them to receive refund or re delivery of my order. I am very disappointed for the lack of their customer service support.

The scenery is sharp and the light source beautiful.
However, the "wood", frame and glass panels, is not well defined and blurry and that takes away the effect of a window which is what I was hoping for. That is why I give it 4 stars.

I bought the Christmas Cardinals Through Window Art wrapped canvas option and I love it. It is even prettier in person than it is in the ad. It is hanging in a central part of my home and I will leave it there year round forever.
